1971 Specifications 27874. Hard to find Bay Area Psych Folk. Signed by Dave Nordin on front cover.

Record: Excellent (plays and looks great. see sound clips)

Cover: Near Mint (in shrink wrap with 5" tear in shrink wrap near top seam (was probably pulled back to sign cover)
