Description
Here's a rare find: an original 1970 marble-vinyl red-label promo copy of Dave Mason's debut solo LP (BTS 19), with the very rare press kit that it was issued alongside. The press kit includes a two-page press release on Blue Thumb Records letterhead, a packet of printed lyrics (also on letterhead), a few press clippings, and an 8" x 10" glossy publicity pic of Dave. The marble vinyl LP is in excellent condition, very close to M- with a few faint sleeve marks visible under bright light; playback is quiet and excellent throughout with a touch of faint background crackle at the start of each side. The press kit is in excellent condition with some light yellowing from age and slight wrinkling of the photo. The cover (with die-cut fold-out) is in VG+ condition with light normal shelf wear.
