On offer here is without doubt one of the rarest and most sought after EPs you can find!!!! THIS IS BY FAR THE RAREST KINKS RELATED EP YOU CAN FIND!!!! THAT IS A FACT!!!! This EP is rare as hell and another EP which is hopelessly under valued in any record book. I ASK YOU - when did you last see a copy!!!! It is a STUNNING copy of the "Dave Davies Hits" EP by Dave Davies!!!! This is an ORIGINAL UK pressing on the Pye label!!!! This EP barely sold any copies at all - and was one of the last GENIUNE EPs ever issued!!!! You must remember that by the late 60s, EPs had been phased out, and this EP is VERY VERY hard to find - which is amazing when you consider the sheer quality of the music!!!! What makes this EP even rarer and shows that is was one of the earliest issues - is that there is a Factory Sample sticker on the back of the cover!!!! VERY RARE!!!! The Cat No. is NEP 24289 on the ORIGINAL Pye label and is a MONO pressing. The record labels are in STUNNING condition, with NO wear, NO writing, and only a VERY few light spindle marks!!!! The vinyl is in STUNNING condition for its age!!!! It has NO scratches, NO hairlines, and just some light general paper scuffing only visible under light!!!! It is great to find the playing is as STUNNING as the visual with NO pops, NO sticks, NO jumps, and only some very VERY low level surface noise (NOT loud crackle) on the run on grooves, but NOT over the music!!!! The music sounds clear and totally undistorted!!!! GREAT SOUND!!!! The vinyl must grade Excellent(Minus)!!!! The vinyl is strictly graded to RC grading standards - it wouldnt be in my interest not to!!!! The cover is in STUNNING condition for its age!!!! It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, NO corner wear, NO ringwear, NO writing, and a few light creases. The opening edge is RAZOR straight, and the UNLAMINATED reverse has NO yellowing, NO writing and NO grubbyness!!!! The cover must grade Excellent(Minus) - with only the general creasing stopping the cover making Full Excellent!!!! Even so this must be one of the best conditioned copies of this EP in the country!!!! LOOK AT MY VERY CLEAR PICTURES - make up your own mind!!!! GREAT CONDITION!!!!
