This is an ORIGINAL 1965 U.S. EPIC RECORDS 7" WHITE LABEL PROMO 45 PACKAGED IN ITS ORIGINAL PICTURE SLEEVE containing the Dave Clark Five hits titled 'I Like It Like That'/'Hurting Inside'.  It is Epic Records U.S. catalog number 5-9811, styrene pressing.
