The record looks barely played and grades NM.

The insert has light creasing and grades EX.

The sleeve has hardly any wear apart from very light yellowing on the back down the opening edge. Extremely light corner wear on the bottom right corner. Extremely light ring wear/rubbing marks (barely noticeable) and it grades EX+ to NM.
