 This is a Picture Sleeve with a Promo 45 RPM by THE FIRST THEREMIN ERA  of

 THE  BARBABAS  THEME FROM "DARK SHADOWS" (An ABC TV Network Series) b/w " Sunset  In  Siberia "

This Picture Sleeve is in Excellent condition for an item from 1969, there is some minor normal wear but no tears, rips seam splits or any flaws not visible in photos.

I'm grading the vinyl VG++ to Excellent. Looking at it there's a glossy finish on both sides, with no visible scruffs or scatches I've never listened to it since I've had it....actually never even watched the show. 

Both labels are also clean as shown
