The record is WARPED; It plays without problems on my turntable when I put heavy weight on the stylus, so I can't guarantee it plays on other turntables without problems!!! This record is coming from a deadstock unearthed years ago. The warp is caused by bad storage and more records from this stock do have this problem too.
