NM cassette tape
VG+ Art work G+ cassette plastic case, due to cracks
I'm the original owner, bought it from Oarfolk record store, Minneapolis in the 80s.  It has been listened to a couple of times, and has been stored in a cabinet away from light and heat in a smoke free environment.  I listened to the first few minutes before listing it.
Photo # 6 shows that the hinge on the case has about a three-fourths tear.  It closes properly but is fragile.  Also notice the plastic at the bottom of the case has a jagged edge (the left half of the case at the bottom).

Photo #7 shows a price sticker on the spine of the case and to the right of the sticker there is a crack on the spine.
