Shipping Details

 Orders will be sent via Royal mail, Parcel force, or Collect +. Unless otherwise stated.

Items will be despatched within 1-3 business days upon receipt of cleared payment, if you require special delivery please choose this from the drop down menu whilst in checkout.   

To ensure your purchase is protected it will only be delivered to your registered PayPal address. If the item needs to be shipped to an alternative address please update the address in PayPal prior to placing your order. In the event that your order has already been placed, please contact us which then we will refund the order to allow you to update the address details in PayPal and resubmit your order.

Most if not all deliveries will need a signature for delivery, so please insure that someone is available at the expected time.

International orders: If your delivery address is outside of the United Kingdom then the order would be processed by the EBay shipping program, when purchasing through the program you should not be charged any customs or additional charges upon delivery. for any information regarding this please refer to eBay's help section.

 Returns Policy

If any of our products fall below the standard you would expect and you wish to return the item, you must notify us via the link in "my eBay" within 5 days of delivery. We are happy to refund or exchange the item providing it is returned unused, in its original packaging with all accessories. Some items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Faulty items: if in the event that you receive a faulty item or if the item is dead on arrival, please contact us and either a replacement product or full refund will be offered once returned and verified that the item is indeed faulty, please allow 3-5 working days for this process, 

Please note: barcodes and serial number of all products are noted before the despatch of any product

If a product is returned as faulty but not found to have a manufacturing fault or if a fault has developed as a result of misuse, no refunds would be issued and the return shipment of the item would be at the buyers expense.

If your item develops a fault within its warranty stage, please notify us via eBay and we will then take the necessary steps to help.

Returned items may take 72 hours to be delivered back to us for assessment. Please note that it can take 3-5 days for any refund given to be shown in your PayPal account.

if item is purchased in a auction all payments should be received within 3 working days after auction has ended, if there is an issue with the payment please inform us, we will do our best to resolve the issue and come to an arrangement otherwise the item will be relisted and the purchase would be cancelled.
