This MINT & STILL SEALED UK 1st pressing from the singer/songwriter duo dates from initial October 1971 on Deep Purple's Purple Records label: TPS 3501
The connection to Deep Purple connection came out of Dave Curtiss' short-lived involvement with an early incarnation of the band known as "Roundabout" where Curtiss was the vocalist.
This, their 1st LP features Steve Howe on lead guitar, Tony Ashton, and musicians from Mighty Baby, including Roger Powell.
This album contains the track "Sepheryn" on which Madonna's 1998 hit 'Ray Of Light' was based. Her version contains several lines of lyrics and melodic content.
The disc is housed in a textured, 'Garrod & Lofthouse' printed cover which is still sealed within its original store shrinkwrapping.
