This Milwaukee group's sole LP has been in my collection since I found it in a used record store in Atlanta in 1979, before it was ever re-issued, so I know it's an original. (And yes, I know it was in 1979, because that was the year I moved to Atlanta.)
Grading: As you tell from the photos, the labels are Near Mint. The vinyl has some slight scuffing and a few lines that you see if you turn it into the light at a certain angle. There are no scratches that can be felt; nothing that affects play. No warps--I have a video of the disc playing--if you'd like to see it you can message me and we'll work it out. As for playback, there is low volume noise in the dead space between tracks. Some might grade this disc VG+, others VG.
The cover, however, is the record's low point. Looking at the photos you can see the stain spots along and around the album title. Don't know what they're from, but they've been there all along and I've never tried to clean it. The lower right hand corner is shown in the final two photos, and has some staining and corner rubbing. The spine isn't split, but has a wave in it, as seen in one of the photos.

I was asked a couple of questions by one eBayer that I’d like to share with viewers of this auction.
One question was whether the thickness of the disc was similar to the old RCA Dynaflex recordings of the 1970s. I compared the thickness of this record to a Dynaflex copy of "Ziggy Stardust" and they seem to be the same. I'm pretty sure that Dynaflex was gone by the early 1980s, so that should help date this disc to a 1970-ish origin.
The other question asked about the etchings in the dead wax, so here goes.
On side one we have this: CST-11-LA, which is followed by a symbol that looks something like a stemless tulip, followed by 25228. After those numbers are a couple of letters enclosed within a circle, and those letters might (or might not) be "LA". I can't quite make them out, as they are handcut and my eyesight isn’t what it used to be. Directly above CST-11-LA appears to be a stylized set of initials, which might (or might not) be a run-together JB.
On side two we have: CST-11-LA-2, followed by the "tulip" and 25228. After that is a circle containing something like “J#”, but it’s also handcut, so the letter might be something else. This is followed by MO #2 (or it might be M0 #2, for these are also handcut).??Discogs hasn't any info regarding matrix info, so this might not help anyone in determining the record’s pressing status. According to Discogs there was a numbered reissue in the late 1970s, but as you can see from my photos, there are no numbers on this disc. It's also obviously not the release without the band photo on the cover.
