Description

An original 1st press of COSMO'S on UK Liberty. Matrix A1/B1. Stampers 2A/1R - excellent audio provenance. Labels are consistent with 1st issue. The heavy-set vinyl comes housed in an original front laminated cover. We also have an inner sleeve from the time too. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex/Ex-) In excellent condition and has only ever seen light careful use. Under close inspection I could only make out a couple of lightest marks per side - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an EXCELLENT level of playback with one slight deviation. Intros and inbetweens are lovely and quiet and the audio comes across with superb clarity. A stone cold classic which deserves to be in everyone's collection. Cracking audio from a band at the height of their powers. A blindingly good player - absolute love it. Clean-as-a-whistle for the most part. Just a few brief crackles in one spot [ Accuse Me]. Extended Grapevine plays clean - fabbo.. Highly recommended!
Cover (Ex-) In beautiful condition with a super clean shimmery front - barely a crease. The rear looks clean and much better preserved than most other examples. Just some light horizontal wear at the top and bottom, and a couple of small nicks in the middle sector. Under close inspection I'm thinking this occurred at the factory and not due to user wear. Not much ageing at all on the rear. Minimal edge wear and sharp firm opening. Spine is 100% intact. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity.
Inner (Vg) A bit of ageing. Bag present. No splits.
