" Bayou Country LP " 1969
US Fantasy 8387 On The "Full Radial Stereo" Blue Fantasy Label.
This was still sealed but just opened to check inside and it is a slightly
later thinner press.
Superb copy of this classic second Creedence LP with the timeless Proud Mary
Bootleg, and Born On The Bayou.
The original thick card cover is in NM condition, no split seams, tears, writing
or ringwear. A real beauty
The vinyl is in mint unplayed condition, but tested one side and the sound is superb,
totally silent on the run in and between tracks.
Stamped matrix numbers F2715 / F2716
There is also an H stamped in the run off groove which denoted a Hollywood pressing.
In my opinion these Fantasy pressings are the best sounding Creedence LPs you can get.
They seem to be more dynamic than other versions.
