The Goodbye Tour - Live at the Forum is a live album by the British rock supergroup Cream, recorded during their farewell tour in 1968. Cream consisted of Eric Clapton (guitar, vocals), Jack Bruce (bass, vocals), and Ginger Baker (drums). They are widely regarded as one of the pioneers of rock music, combining elements of blues and psychedelic rock.

The live album captures Cream's final U.S. concert, which took place at the Forum in Los Angeles on October 19, 1968. The band played a selection of their most well-known songs, showcasing their virtuosity and improvisational skills.

Recorded during the 1968 Goodbye Tour, the concert was originally released on one of the 4 CDs of the Goodbye Tour (Live 1968) box set.

Mastered from the original 1968 analog mix reels by Kevin Reeves at Universal Mastering, Nashville, TN.
