Si tratta di una straordinaria performance mai pubblicata ufficialmente prima del 2020 in forma integrale e durante la quale Eric Clapton, Jack Bruce e Ginger Baker, presentati da Buddy Miles, eseguono brani originali come "White Room", "Politician", "Sunshine Of Your Love", "Toad" (con il celebre assolo di batteria) e "Traintime" (ereditata dal repertorio della Graham Bond Organisation) accanto a versioni hard, estese e iperamplificate di standard blues di Skip James ("I'm So Glad"), Mississippi Sheiks ("Sittin' On Top Of The World"), Robert Johnson ("Crossroads") e Howlin' Wolf ("Spoonful").
