Cream - Live Cream Volume II; White Label DJ promo mono

Hello, I am a long-time eBay seller - since October, 1999.  I have a 100% feedback record, so bid and buy with confidence.  I have collected records for many years and every record I offer comes from my personal collection.  The grade I specify for the vinyl is based upon a playback as well as a visual inspection.  The grade I assign for the cover and inserts (if any) is based upon a close visual inspection.  My grading standards are conservative - I believe that it does no one any good to inflate the grade of the record only to have the buyer be disappointed upon receipt and wish to return it.  I offer a full, no-questions-asked return policy on every record I sell except in very rare circumstances.  In those rare cases, I clearly state the condition of the record and explain why I cannot accept a return on it.
For sale today is a very, very rare white label DJ promo album issued in mono by Cream.  Titled "Live Cream Volume II" the Atlantic catalogue number is "7005."  This album was only released in the mono format to radio stations, never sold commercially in mono.  I have only seen one other copy of this very rare album offered in the last 20 years, and it went for $445 (back in 2016, sold on eBay).  That one was in lesser condition than the one I am offering here.
As to condition, the vinyl appears visually as VG++ (minor marks from sliding in and out of the sleeve) but plays perfectly (i.e. Near Mint).  Only one or two ticks/pops.  Amazing condition for an album played by radio Disc Jockeys and issued 47 years ago.   
The white promo labels are in Near Mint shape except for a very light blue circle mark on both Side One and on Side Two.  Not sure how it got there or what it represents - maybe a code for the radio station?  In any event, the marks are very light and not visually distracting (see photos).
The record outer sleeve is in conservative VG+ shape.  The colors front and back are full and vibrant.  There is very minor ring wear on the front cover.  All seams are full and intact, and the corners are sharp.  The side spine shows a bit of wear in the middle, but all print is full and clear.  The DJ mono promo sticker on the front cover is crisp and sharp.   
The record does not come with its original inner sleeve (not sure one was even issued for this promo record).  But, as with all of my records, I have stored the vinyl in an archival quality inner sleeve, which I then placed in a separate white outer cover to protect both the vinyl as well as the original cover.
All in all, a great copy of this extremely rare, rarely offered, highly collectible promo issue by one of rock's greatest live bands.  Thanks for looking.
