There is something strange about this disc............normally as a young man I either bought my records on the day they came out, or at my pay day, if I had to wait to get some money together, so usually I bought my records early after release. This record shows as Mono on both sides of the label, which having checked the number on the internet seems correct, however, the record cover states the same catalogue number, but in Stereo! I was always very careful with my records and looked after them, so I never took them out to parties or such, so there is no way I could have mixed records and covers up at someone else`s house. This record was eventually released in Stereo, so I think this was a bit of a mix up by E J Day, the manufacturer, in jumping the gun and letting out Mono records just prior to the switch to Stereo!!!!!!
Disc in EXCELLENT condition, as per the Record Collector magazines grading system. However, there is a mark across tracks 1,2,3 but this does not the play back. I have recorded all three of these tracks today and they sound fine when played back through my sound system.
The cover is in EXCELLENT condition, as per the Record Collector magazines grading system. With a few scuffs to the corners from when it has been taken in and out of my record box. There is some evidence on the front cover of the laminating creasing as can be seen by photograph.
Inner paper sleeve is in EXCELLENT condition, as per the Record Collector magazines grading system, with a slight paper discolouration due to age.
This album as with all of my albums has been stored in proper record collector boxes.
