A great example of this 1967 unique and exclusive Aussie only EP from Californian band ‘The Count Five’. This lil’ gem rarely turns up and naturally is a highly prized and sought after item by collectors.

The title track "Psychotic Reaction" is simply an amazing piece of freakbeat, garage rock laden with fuzz guitar solos. The style is reminiscent of The Yardbirds and stands heads and shoulders above other ‘classics’ from the era …. in fact the remaining 3 tracks here are terrific garage rockers as well.

CONDITION : ~ see 5 photos above
Vinyl : A number of surface marks both sides yet tracks along great with no pops or skips. A nice thick 60’s piece of vinyl helps give a pretty decent sound here and I rate it a VG+ as nothing wrong with the playback whatsoever.

Labels : Clean.
Sleeve : A very presentable flip-back style jacket here with no splits, no ring-wear, no edge-wear and the spine is intact. A previous owners name in faded pen on the back and a couple of light age-wear spots as per photos above but hardly anything to fuss about. Overall a clean and glossy cover that looks a treat.
