Description
Contemporary Records stereo LAX 3009, pressed in Japan by King Records. Issued in 1974.
The Curtis Counce Group Vol. 1, "Landslide". See pics for complete personnel and program details.
This album was the first for Contemporary by Curtis Counce, recorded in 1957. Originally issued only in mono as C3526, titled simply "The Curtis Counce Group". There was an early issue in stereo on 2 track reel tape, but it was not issued on disc in stereo until the early 1970's as S7526, when they added the "Landslide" title (otherwise, the cover art remained the same).
A terrific album with great sound.
Disc NM, jacket VG++ insert with notes in Japanese included.
