This is a copy of one of the rarest UK pressed Reggae LPs, "Concrete Dub", released on Dennis Harris' Concrete Jungle offshoot, (CJDLP), in 1976 it is believed that as few as 300 copies were pressed and they nearly never turn up, especially in excellent condition.
The record is often credited as a Winston Riley production and although it uses his rhythms and musicians, the Riley All Stars, the label actually credits the production to his brother, Buster Riley who helped run the studio for his brother. The record was mixed at both Harry J's and King Tubby's and the chances are that during this period King Tubby would have been hands on in his studio.
Visually the vinyl is excellent with just a few very small and very feint scuffs, I would genuinely be surprised if there is a better looking copy in existence.
Although the record looks in superb condition and I know for a fact that it has only been played a few times all the tracks play with slight surface noise to a greater or lesser extent, my only explanation for this is that it is inherent in either the recording or the pressing, I am totally convinced that it is not through any wear or damage to this copy.
Both the labels are in excellent condition.
This record was pressed up without a proper sleeve, it comes in the original plain white sleeve it came in back in 1976, the title is written across the front in marker pen and the original price, £3.50, a lot of money at the time is written in the top right hand corner. The sleeve has ring marks and is very slightly dirty after 30+ years.

Records play graded on a Michell Orbe deck fitted with a Techno Arm and a Van Den Hul MC2 cartridge..Records professionally cleaned on a VPI record cleaner.
