This box set is in excellent condition and the records do not look played. The leather / vinyl portfolio has what looks like a light fade / rub on the front (see photos) and a few minor light white specks on both the outside and inside (see photos). The set includes the portfolio, a book, and 2 LP Records. The book has the details of the production and also contains facsimile signed black and white photos of the Artists Leonard Bernstein, Dietrich Fischer-Dieskau, Vladimir Horowitz, Yehudi Menuhin, Mstislav Rostropovich and Isaac Stern and is also in excellent condition. The portfolio comes in a 3 section (heavy cardboard) protective insert with a snap to hold the contents and showing only minor wear. Note: I did not list every possible imperfection and did my best to show photos of the ones that stood out; however, you can magnify the photos in eBay to show an even closer view. The outside holder / box has some dings on the corners, edges and places where the finish is missing.

The portfolio is red and gold and the inside and box cover are various shades of swirling red black and gold. This version is marked 282 of 1000 copies.
