Dawn Records cat. no: DNLS 3019

This disc has been in my possession from new; I was the bands sound mixer when they recorded the album and this is the copy I was given.
 

I do not supply track listings as these can easily be found elsewhere.

 

This disc plays well with very little surface noise (apart from one small scratch on 'The Herald"); visually, there are no obvious blemishes on side 1, but there is a small and hard to see scuff mark on side two (which doesn't seem to be audible). There is also a smudge on the run-in of side 2 but it doesn't reach the start of the track; it looks like it may clean off. The labels are standard orange Dawn Records - there are no spindle marks.

 

The sleeve is in pretty good condition, with no ring marks. There is very little wear along the edges; the spine has some but the information is undamaged (apart from a slight mark over 'Dawn Records') and clearly legible. However, there are some handling marks on the white areas of the artwork, especially on the back, with a clear smudge above the 'Comus' on the back. The inside of the gatefold is in good condition, as is the lyric sheet, which has just a few light creases. 

 

Disclaimer: every effort has been made to assess the condition of this vinyl record (and where appropriate it’s sleeve) fairly. However, any such assessment is very subjective and, as vinyl enthusiasts will know, the audibility and intrusiveness of surface noise in the form of clicks and pops is dependent on the equipment the disc is played on.

 

The disc will be sent in a strong, re-inforced mailer (not a thin cardboard envelopes) with additional stiffeners; the actual shipping cost will depend on the final auction value and destination, so that shown should be seen as the very minimum.
