Communion Records compilation


Double black 12" vinyl LPs in a gatefold sleeve.


This release is from 2010, and a compilation of then up-and-coming bands associated with the Communion Records label, owned/run by Ben Lovett of Mumford & Sons.


Some of these artists have since become well known, landing big record deals, including: Johnny Flynn, Matt Corby, Alessi's Ark. Some of the other artists here are less known but equally great.


The Mumford & Sons musicians appear on several of the tracks, alongside their own. Ben Lovett is also involved in some of the production.


A really interesting release, containing some hard to find tracks. Full track listing and musician credits shown in the photos.


Played a few times and then stored carefully in my collection since then. Vinyl and sleeve are in excellent condition.
