After a few question from possible bidders I have done another thorough investigation, under a strong light I have witnessed some hairlines and fingertips, I listened to the part where I witnessed the hairlines and the verdict is the same as punt in the description, overal some light clicks can be heard hence the EXC+ grading. And I have added  a picture of the label, as you can see the label is immaculate, near mint/mint. Again the sound of this record is unbelievable.
