Description
Shown is a Columbia 5" Cylinder Record for the "Graphophone Grand" Phonograph. Since I don't have one of these rare models, I will have to describe it visually. First - it has mold spots and not sure if they are severe enough to prevent playing. I have seen similar spots on Edison Gold Molded wax cylinders. This record is similar being totally molded of a wax type material. As for the title, I will have to go by the #509 on the box, and on the lid there is written the words "imperial minstrels". I see no form of identificaton on the wax cylinder at all. It might be "imperial minstrels" . There are no cracks on the cylinder, so it has survived so far without breaking. The box is very nice with great graphics and protects the cylinder. That's about all I can tell you at this point, unless you have any questions. ( I will ship this only within the continental U.S. )
