Columbia 2575 - Ben Selvin - Bend Down Sister 1931 jazz
Potatoes are Cheaper - Tomatoes Are Cheaper - Now’s the Time to Fall In Love
VG+ or EX a few light dulling spots, but very clean record. Sticker on label.
It’s spring. The grass is growing. I dream of a riding lawn mower and as such, have decided to part with some gems from my 78 collection. I also recently came across a nice collection of Edison discs and while these look really interesting, I am not set up to play them… so I’m selling them. I spend a good deal of time cleaning my 78s on my Loricraft vacuum cleaner, cataloging them, and putting them in nice sleeves before they hit my shelves. These will all be in generic sleeves unless otherwise noted in the sale. If you like this kind of music, I think you will enjoy these records.
All shellac discs will be carefully packed and sent the way a collector would want them packaged and shipped. I am a record archivist by trade and a collector by hobby and have 100% positive feedbackMedia shipping within the US is $8 because it costs money for the additional packing materials necessary for these kinds of fragile records. I will combine auction winnings at a rate of +$1 per disc. Please wait for a combined invoice before paying. If you prefer priority shipping or UPS, please contact me BEFORE paying.
