Description

Hi there once again eBayers!

Here I am offering a Colour Vinyl Album, Bob Dylan, GWW, "Troubled Troubador", Bootleg, TMOQ Records.


There are a couple of releases of this, but none I have seen in green coloured vinyl.  Released in 1970 on Trade Mark of Quality (TMOQ), Discogs states that:

Black Labels & Silver Font Incl. 'Trade Mark Of Quality' Logo At 3 O'clock.

Issued In A Yellow Sleeve With A 'Trade Mark Of Quality' Sticker + Stamped Unboxed Title 'GWW Troubled Troubador'.

Issued With An A4-Sized Insert Featuring The Tracklist And Photos On One-Side Only:

All songs from the "Basement Tape" recorded on April 12, 1967.
All photos from the Woody Guthrie Memorial on Jan. 20, 1968


The cover is plain purple/mauve with the title stamped on it and is in good condition and a TMOQ sticker.  It has the remnants of a plastic cover on it and has some fading where the plastic has come away.  The sleeve is plain paper.  The rear contains the tracklist 7 photos as per above.

Conservatively, I would rate the vinyl as Very Good+.  There are some minor marks.  I have played the vinyl and it plays well.  It does not click, skip or stick.

Inside the cover is stamped "Peter Duffy".  Peter also wrote his name on one side of the label.  This record comes from Peter's vast vinyl collection.  We have been informed that Peter was a founder of 3RRR FM radio station in Melbourne, Victoria.  I have secured Peter's collection and, in general, it is clear that he had eclectic tastes and valued the vinyl highly.  Many of the covers show small to significant wear from storage and I have assumed that the covers held very little interest for him.
