SUGAR ICE TEA - Afrosound ( Discos Fuentes 237304, Colombia 1973 )
An excellent psychedelic latin funk album from this Colombian collective. Very rare original pressing on the "Fuentes" label - pictured in Hans Pokora´s 5001 book !! They are playing some self composed tracks and also some great covers like Dave Mason´s "Feeling Allright", Santana´s "Evil Ways" or the classic "Soul Makossa" - with powerful rhythmn section and some excellent guitar work....
The record is in very good (VG) condition, showing several paper scuffs, hairlines, some longer hairlines and surface marks - but NOT feelable scratches. Plays with some soft surface cracklings in places, mostly in the background and NOT in a loud or disturbing way
The cover is also in very good (VG) condition, showing signs of age - but NO serious defects - and is still in original shrink wrapped / welded plastic outer sleeve (see scan)
A name is written in blue letters on both sides of the label (see scan)
Without exception I´ll send only via REGISTERED mail !!!!

Gradings: M(-) (only new or "1 time played" copies) / EX / VG / G and +/- distinction
Important: Please don´t bid on "G" or "VG" records, and then you´re disappointed if you don´t become a MINT or EX copy - sorry, this is impossible. Also you´re bidding for vinyl records - NOT for CDs - that means, that also new records made some surface cracklings here and there and some of the old vinyl LPs (especially some private pressings) are NOT "HiFi" demonstration records !!!
