This release accompanies the acclaimed comic-series "V for Vendetta", by writer Alan Moore and artist David Lloyd. Both cover and label feature exclusive artwork from the hand of David Lloyd. It comes with a fold-up insert that reproduces the lyrics with art from the original comic-book series.

The B-Side is called "A V.T.V. Broadcast"; the music there upon, an incidental music recording.
