Description

Selected titles from the private collection of a music business veteran are now being made available for the first time. Titles offered by this Seller are one-owner and came directly from the pressing plant, record company warehouse, other label reps or record store unless otherwise noted. 

Grading is based on visual inspection.

  • This Factory Sealed, Shrink Wrapped 8-song EP is a great extension and adjunct of the VIVA LA VIDA album.
  • The UPC is on a sticker that has been blacked out indicating it was probably an in-house Promo.
Issued less than six months after Coldplay's well-received 2008 studio outing, VIVA LA VIDA OR DEATH AND ALL HIS FRIENDS, the eight-track PROSPEKT'S MARCH EP serves as a companion piece to the album. Three songs from VIVA LA VIDA are presented in altered form, most notably a version of "Lost!" that features a surprising cameo by hip-hop superstar Jay-Z. The main draw of MARCH is, naturally, the handful of previously unreleased tracks, which include the soaring, stadium-ready "Glass of Water" and the lilting, electronica-tinged "Rainy Day," a tune that bears the mark of producer Brian Eno more than many VIDA-related songs. PROSPEKT'S MARCH is an enjoyable extension of VIDA, making it of particular interest to ardent fans of the record.
