Description
It started in a pub. Coldplay had already self-released the Safety EP when they were approached by Simon Williams, owner of Fierce Panda Records, in the Camden Falcon pub. Williams offered to sign the band to a contract and this record was the result, a mere 1,500 copies ever pressed.
Soon after, the band signed with Parlophone - the same label that had signed the early Beatles - and their career took off, but it was Fierce Panda’s Simon Williams at the Camden Falcon pub who saw the genius of the unknown local band Coldplay before anyone else. Own this piece of musical history, one of the very few that have been able to make it across the pond.

Media: Mint - Perfect in every way. Never played, touched only for the photos taken.
Sleeve: Excellent - Light, hard-to-notice bends at the top near the sleeve entrance and very light partial ring mark on the reverse. Close to NM.
