Description
Coil's 2000 album of charged atmospheres, haunting melodies and freeform electronic noise inspired by sitting around watching daytime TV. A low key release originally available only at live shows, then via mail order and unavailable for the best part of two decades. Due to a clerical error, a small number of vinyl disks set to be released in July by Dais were accidentally sold via Thighpaulsandra's website, this being the 'pink in clear' edition. Only 500 were made. Coil's releases on the Dais label tend to sell out in a flash.
The sleeve and vinyl are basically mint, having been opened to look at the vinyl colour. I ordered in a frenzy and thought these disks were going to be a single-colour translucent neon pink, much like the clamshell CD case). I'm happy to order the black edition when it appears. In the meantime, now is your chance to grab a copy weeks ahead of the official release date.
Lenticular sleeve graphic drawn from the live show projections, and printed inner sleeves. Contains the download code card and Thighpaulsandra's business card.
