Description
Here for auction: SAX 2476 Andre Cluytens conducts Ravel "Daphnis Et Chloe": UK first turquoise/silver label's and thick vinyl.Laminated front cover. Matrix side 1 YLX 1105 22B stamp 1 G Matrix side 2 YLX 1106 22B stamps 1 R Also at 12 o'clock position there is another set of numbers on both sides. Side 1 MG 224362 side 2 MG 224363
I have checked parts of both sides of the disc for sound quality on a Thorens TD160 with Shure M75 cartridge, Roksan Kandy RA mk III amp and B & W DM 603 floorstander's. I hope this gives a fair representation of the disc's quality in the description below.
Vinyl is in superb NM condition.Very clean with a great shine...The disc lies flat and has no warping or kinks...And sound quality is very fine indeed with clear and undistorted reproduction.No repeating tics etc and surfaces are pretty much silent... A really excellent copy.
Cover is EX+ condition. Still in really lovely condition.Hardly anything to fault it. One of the best you will ever see.
Label's NM Cannot see any spindle marks or any other marks or blemishes at all.
