Mega rare original LP of Clifford Brown - Memorial Album (Blue Note 1526 - mono) Original issue blue and white Lexington address labels with Deep Groove, RVG and ear on both sides. Also no trademark "R" on either label. Only 12" Brown LP on Blue Note features the late trumpeter along with Gigi Gryce, Charlie Rouse, Lou Donaldson, Art Blakey and other Blue Note stars in an acknowledged classic that no serious jazz collector can be without.
The LP is in VG+ condition with some marks that will make some noise - not for the audiophile, but not trashed either - actually really nice for one of these, but still, you will hear some noise on this one. The cover (61st St. address on back) is in VG+ condition with some general age/shelf wear, paper loss on the spine (though the spine is NOT split), a cover bend (lower left) and clear tape on the top and bottom seam. (The cover looks a lot better in person than it reads here). Not perfect, but you won't see many Lexington Blue Notes in this condition at this price.
The LP will be carefully packed using professional materials (over twenty years experience safely selling jazz LPs around the world).

US mailing costs: Media mail rate as calculated to a U.S. address. This reflects increases in postage costs, e-bay fees on shipping, Paypal fees as well as mailers and packing materials.
