THUNDERBIRDS ARE GO!
7” EP, Original Columbia Black and Silver label with Blue Columbia logo
- SEG 8510 MONO, 1966.
I bought this EP new in 1966 and it has been in my personal collection ever since. The record has not been played since the Sixties, except for the pre-listing play.
Prior to listing the record was played to check quality using a Technics SL-1210MK2 turntable, a Shure M44-7 cartridge and a TEAC 300 reference system.
The vinyl is in Excellent condition.
Visually there is one superficial scratch on track 2 side 1 and no scratches on side 2.
The whole disk plays well and I cannot hear any surface noise or crackles on any of the tracks.
There are no spider marks visible round the centre hole on either side, and both labels are in Excellent condition.
The cover is in Excellent+ condition, having been kept in a polythene 7”record cover. This was removed to take the photographs and will be supplied with the record to the winning bidder. The front and back both show a slight impression of the disk centre.
