From my personal collection of near pristine records This record is very rare & none are available for sale in Aust or o'seas--only a Cassette of this one is available on this site for an eye- watering $220!) The record was played only 1 time directly to tape then enclosed in plastic cover & stored upright in my record cover & only now removed to be sold! The Record is like new & I can confidently rate it N.Mint! Brilliant new shine- No scratches-No scuffs-No writing -No spindle wear or marks etc etc Cover is similar condition but for a tiny tear & crease on the bottom of the back cover & a few tiny marks otherwise like new & rated VG++
As can be seen on the rear cover (see photo) it features the Cream of all Australian Rock Artists & also the Best selection of their songs I have ever seen on one record! Both the extreme Rarity of this Record & it's Superb N Mint Condition qualifies it as an INVESTMENT RECORD ensuring it's $ value & desirability will surely increase much more in the future!
