Description
DESCRIPTION: Cirkus- Cirkus One LP. Original 1974 private pressing of this rare and classy UK prog LP. Comes with thin delicate gatefold sleeve, distinctive original white inner sleeve and matrix ending 1.A1/1.B1. Vinyl has been kept in a Nagaoka anti-static sleeve for many years. Postage cost includes full insurance, a box/cruciform mailer and tracking. LABEL AND CATALOGUE NUMBER: RCB (Projects) Ltd RCB1: YEAR OF RELEASE: 1974. COUNTRY OF RELEASE: UK: CONDITION (VINYL/COVER): VG+/VG. Vinyl is really clean with a nice dark sheen. Tilted to light it has a few light brushing lines probably preventing visual EX grade. Played all of this this tonight on my budget deck. Sits perfectly flat on the turntable. Sounds really clean, loud, vibrant and clear throughout with just a trace of background sound in a couple of intros on side one. Ive not made any attempt to clean it so if you do you might even get a bit more out of it sound-wise. The cover is made from really thin card so getting a cover for this in decent condition is not easy. This one is in pretty nice shape, certainly better than average- check out the photos. It is firm and square and has moderate edge wear, moderate corner wear and only light creasing/ringwear to rear. Inside of gatefold is really clean with sharp print. Original white inner has moderate wear with a splash and a tear to one edge and a split to one of 3 edges. Immaculately clean black and white labels- just check out the photos. No writing, rips, stickers or sticker tears. Fantastic music, very clean vinyl and a better than average sleeve. PLEASE CHECK OUT MY OTHER PROG/METAL/CLASSIC/HARD ROCK LISTINGS IN MY EBAY SHOP. Grading system: I use UK’s “Record Collector” Grading system. I DO PLAY EVERY RECORD I LIST NOW even though its often just quite briefly. Please bear in mind you may get a touch of background sound, even if its just on intros and between the tracks on 30-40 year old vinyl records!! :: MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades. I REMOVE ALL VINYL FROM SLEEVES PRIOR TO POSTING. RECORDS ARE SENT IN BEST QUALITY MAILERS WITH 2 STIFFENERS. I ALWAYS COMBINE POSTAGE BUT COST DEPENDS ENTIRELY ON WEIGHT OF PACKAGE. EACH EXTRA SINGLE DISC LP IS ROUGHLY £1.75 TO EUROPE, £2.75 TO THE AMERICAS AND £3.25 TO THE REST OF THE WORLD.
