After looking at this item please see my others,I have just listed loads of really nice albums,all starting at £1.95 with No reserve,the more you buy,the cheaper the post will be,all records will be sent in professional record Mailers with stiffeners and will be sent Promptly,hopefully to reach you 1-3 days after payment has been made within the UK and within a week for overseas buyers.
For sale here is an original , 1 sided 1958 Emidisc , Metal based 10" 78 rpm Acetate of Cliff Richards first ever release "Move it",an absolutely sensational piece of recording history,quite possibly the only one left in the world, thats the good part, the bad part is that it looks to be in poor playing condition, there are about 6 deep scratches which look like they have been made with an old 78 stylus and it looks like it would certainly jump or skip,I cannot test it properly but have given it a quick spin to check that it is "Move it" and it is,I only have a newer deck with a stereo stylus and not even a 78 rpm speed setting so it may sound better on a dedicated piece of equipment although I will only grade it as Poor,to be honest I doubt if the winner will be buying it to play so with an item of this magnitude it probably doesn't matter as much, the handwritten label ,however ,is nice and clean,please see the pics below.Surely this would be the jewel in the Crown for any serious Cliff Richard Collection,remember ,this acetate ,being the first Cliff release,would have been made before anybody in the world actually owned a Cliff Richard record,I will start it at £1 with No reserve,please see the supersize pics below.P.s it is housed in an old HMV 10" sleeve which it was in when I purchased it.
