Chuck Berry-Hail! Hail! Rock ‘N’ roll MCA Records MCA-6217 ***PROMO*** 1987 pressing
Vinyl-VG+ VERY NICE!!! Very light inner sleeve rub. One light hairline. Play tested and sounds great. No issues. Could use a good ultrasonic cleaning as they have been in storage for many years Cover-VG+/EX. Super nice with very light edge and corner wear. No ring wear. NO seam split
Autograph reads “Cheers (can’t read the name) Chuck Berry in gold enamel or paint pen. You can feel the raised writing and one of the letters appears to have been written twice but appears the pen was out of ink as it left a tip indentation in the cardboard without ink.
I can’t guarantee the authenticity of the signature however it is an exact match for his signature as you can research online. The story from the previous collector is that he got the signature at the Blueberry hill restaurant/Club in 2003 while on a business trip to St. Louis. I believe at one time Chuck actually owned the restaurant as it has lot of memorabilia of his from what I remember from eating there.
