Description
Chicago / Chicago Transit Authority ,1st lp. 1969 Columbia records PG 8. Lp is still sealed, shrink has 3 small tears with some light edgewear where it is broken on the top edge. Small old price tag on front. For this the cover grades Vg+. The vinyl is assumed to be Mint, no gaurantees on the label being a "360 Sound", may be a 70's pressing. Fantastic 1st lp from Chicago, their best in my opinion, a 2 lp set full of songs you are familiar with and many you are not but all are good songs. No sappy pop love songs on the 1st Chicago lp, psych guitar and lots of jamming on this one, more guitar than any other Chicago lp. Does Anybody Really Know What Time It Is?, Beginnings, Questions 67 & 68, Listen, Poem 58, Free Form Guitar, South California Purples, I'm A Man and more.
Shipping is $ 4.00 in the USA via media mail, $1 each additional lp. $10 for 1 lp to Canada, International shipping to Europe, U.K., Germany, and Japan is a flat $15 for one lp. All records are shipped in cardboard lp mailers with records shipped outside the cover and include a protective sleeve. Payment is due within 5 days after the auction ends. Insurance available upon request.
