Description
This is a wonderful copy of Chet Baker Sings on Pacific Jazz PJ LP-11 from 1954. It is one of the finest examples of cool jazz I have heard. The record is in wonderful condition Very nice and shiny The matrix numbers are PJ 421-D4 on one side and none on the other. One side of the record has the name of the previous owner and a sticking stating that it's from the record collection of. The sleeve is in nice condition as well aside from the rear having some paper peeled off on the right side and the owners name written in pencil 3 times (she must have wanted to make sure no one could sneak off with this gem) and some water damage on the bottom that has resulted in a hole and a rough spot, I have tried to photograph that spot as well as I could in the 4th photo. This album plays through with absolutely no problem and sounds wonderful. Overall this is a wonderful record and a great addition to any great west coast jazz collection. With such great songs as My Funny Valentine and But not for Me and The Thrill is Gone it is a real classic and a must have. If you have any questions please feel free to ask.
Thanks for looking Martin
