Here is a great LP record in the shrinkwrap from Chet Baker Quintet entitled "Smokin' With the Chet Baker Quintet".  The album is on Prestige Records PR 7449 in stereo.  The record has "Van Gelder" in the dead wax.  The jacket is in the original shrinkwrap and has some light edgewear/ringwear, a 'bullet hole' in the bottom right corner and some rips in the shrinkwrap but overall looks nice for its age.  The record has a few light scratches which cannot be felt with a fingernail and should not significantly affect playback and some scuffs but overall looks nice.
