Description
This is part of a "Leftovers" auction I'm doing. I just didn't have time to list these when I did their label-specific auction. There are 10-20 records each from Atlantic, Excello, Checker and Chess. Some absolutely killer stuff there that I can't believe I didn't get to the first time around.

Format: 45 rpm 7" single
Year: 1956
Notes: Original 1956 promo release with red and white labels. His third single. This one sounds like Jerry Lee Lewis being backed by Joe Houston. Interesting obscure stuff with a cajun flair.
Vinyl Condition: VG+, vinyl is in great shape, super-clean with just a couple of micro scuffs. Both sides play very well with almost no background noise at all. No pops/ticks/skips, etc. Labels are the issue here, they are stained and discolored, especially the lower portions, due to liquid exposure. See pics for exact details. The vinyl and play grade is strong VG+, but the labels are bad enough to where I think the true grade is a VG. Amazing listener copy if you want one though.
Look for awesome Gospel auction coming in Mid-November then I'm off for the rest of the year. Still have some great stuff to sell and will be back at it in January.
