Charvel 475 Deluxe super-Strat

Charvel guitar model are difficult to determine but with some help from fellow-eBayers, I have identified this to be a Chavel 475 Deluxe... I don't know exactly what year but these were manufactured 1989-1991. I bought it around 1990.

The guitar is MINT! Apart from a few light scratches on the back (mostly on the plates) it has no faults.

Hardwood body (not Poplar as I originally stated), 25.5in scale, maple neck with rosewood fingerboard, Floyd Rose vibrato unit, two Jackson single-coil pickups and one humbucker, active electronics (booster). The neck plate reads Fort Worth, Texas which means this guitar was manufactured in Japan. These Japanese-manufactured instruments are very highly regarded and I must say that this guitar is very nicely built. I own vintage Fenders and Gibsons and  this is one of highest quality instruments I have had. All components are high quality. This guitar never goes out of tune.  It plays and sounds great and the integrated preamp/booster makes it a very versatile instrument. You get nice bright, chimey single-coil sounds with the booster down and you can get a warm, round sound with the booster up (as well as nice hot humbucker sounds). Acoustically, it is very resonant and VERY harmonic. By harmonic, I mean that when you strike a chord, the strings ring together very beautifully/harmonically. This sounds strange but I mention it because I think it is one the most striking characteristics of this guitar. In short, this is a very nice example of a bolt-on, modern super-Strat. If you like this kind of guitar you won't be disappointed.

this guitar is a charvel 475 deluxe.
The year it was crafted was most probably 1990 or 1991 (those guitars were an update version of the model 4 guitar)
This is a great guitar which was made in japan (although the plate on the back says forth worth texas usa which was charvel`s company location at that stage)
The guitar has a schaller jt590 which is one of the best floyds imho (replaced the old jt6 kahler bridges which were used in the model 4)
The guitar is bolt on and not neck thru thats how you know its not a model 6 or a 650xl
the guitar has a je-1200 midboost active electronics which puts it as one of the most versatile instrument a guitar player can find
