Description
This is an ORIGINAL RCA Victor Living Stereo “Shaded Dog” seven-LP box set of Charles Munch Pierre Monteux 8 Great Symphonies with the Boston Symphony Orchestra, catalog number RCA LSC-6902. As any audiophile and music lover knows, the RCA “Shaded Dog” records are legendary for their sound quality and performances.
The box/cover is Very Good + -- there are a few minor blemishes and creasing on the spine, splits on three sides of the end of the box, a small tear on the back and some very slight discoloration from aging. The records are visually graded Near Mint – there is one scuff/slight scratch on side 7. I can see no spindle marks on any of the records. The sleeves are the originals and the set comes with the original full-size booklet. The sleeves and booklet are in excellent condition.
I have been collecting records and CDs for over 45 years and have decided to begin selling items from my collection as I no longer have the time to listen or the room to keep all my records and discs. Keep your eyes open for many more records up for auction as time goes on. All of my records have been fanatically well kept over the decades in a smoke-free home.
