Description

This is Charles Mingus Records JWS 001 / 002, Charles Mingus At Monterey, a black, deep groove label, 2Lp record of this famous live session. This is the 1st commercial issue from Saul Zaentz and Fantasy records. The records are in near mint condition, showing almost no signs of wear and playing quietly throughout.. The gate-fold cover has a date written on the inside, timings written on the back, and light corner wear, but is otherwise intact. The labels are excellent as well with only light spindle marks. The record has been  cleaned on a VPI 17 and  played on a Linn SondekLP12.  This is part of a large jazz collection I will be posting over the next few months.
