Cover is the flimsy cardboard, so it has some wear from age.  Mostly moderate to heavy corner/edge wear all around, some creasing all over.  A little bit of splitting beginning to occur.  Ring wear is moderate, borderline heavy, and very evident.  Spine legible.  Overall cover rating is "Good Plus".
Vinyl is very clean and shiny with only minor surface wear,  mostly some debris here and there.  Plays through great, and sounds just as well.  Overall vinyl rating is "VG". 
Very solid album overall,  and very rare.  Not available on Discogs.
