Cast Iron Arm - Peanuts Wilson- Brunswick - Rockabilly
Stepping out from behind Buddy Holly Peanuts Wilson gave us this crazy threat ridden opus to masculinity. He knows what to do when someone messes with him by looking at his girl "I hit him in the head.". With lyrics like that you have to have a pretty tough sounding band to back it up and boy does this disc have it. Thrashing drums, mean rasping sax and ominous low rumbling guitar. Cool rock n roll, strutting bravado and violence. No wonder this is an absolute rockabilly cornerstone record in any collection.
This press is one of the early early pre dated Marianos. I have not seen one of these for sale for a heck of a long time.

I heavily collected rockabilly repros for many many years and contributed to the 1992 book "20 years of Rockin Repros". I am now slimming down the collection and selling off a lot of records which I bought new from dealers a long time ago.
There will be repros and reissues. I intend to list about 10 45s a week, so keep an eye out for rare repros in the weeks and months to come. I am confident I shall be offering some repros that have never been on e-bay before. (Although I have seen some being offered as originals.)
There is a lot of play made now days of repros made by Henry Mariano. I shall mention those that are "Mariano’s" as they have become known. It should be noted these were generally pressed in fairly large numbers and were easy to find. The non-"Mariano’s" of the same period are often of equal quality but were, and remain, much more difficult to find.
I will be happy to answer any questions and will consider ending an auction early for a good offer.
