Notes: All Cash Box Magazines were owned by a record collector.
While all pages are included with each magazine, the owner removed all hit ranking charts from the magazines then returned them to the magazine.
Many have circles/numbers marked on various hits which coincided with his personal collection of records.
Sometimes, other pages have come loose when the charts were removed.
There are many magazines which are still in wrappers and did NOT have pages removed.
When I list magazines, I will mark ones which have NOT had pages removed as such.
Otherwise, expect loose pages but again ALL CHARTS AND LOOSE PAGES ARE INCLUDED and were taken out neatly!!
