Just an exquisite copy of Carly’s landmark album, featuring her elegantly seductive pose at the gates of perhaps The Garden she sings about on Side Two. The single release of the title track was a solid follow-up (#13) to her debut single “That’s the Way I’ve Always Heard It Should Be” (#10). This record also included “Legend in Your Own Time” which peaked at #50. It was only a few months later when the biggest hit of 1973 “You’re So Vain” ruled the pop airwaves. Carly won the 1971 Best New Artist Grammy Award.
